Bella and Santa

Amazing how times change. Check out Bella in 2008 and look at her now. Granted we were with the real Santa in '08 (Hear Millenia flies Santa in from the S Pole) This year we were concerned with how she would react with him so we decided to go to the Oviedo Mall. The Santa sucked and his Photo taking Elf cut me off when I tried to do a 1hander w/Chris Cringel.

They gave me the script to do. My director/producer decided to go with me playing both parts. Could have made it funnier (one of the characters was suppose to be a girl).

I have been celebrating Father's Day for a few years, however this year is really special. This time my little one is here and not in heaven. I am truly blessed in having 2 wonderful gils and a great wife. I am also glad I have a great dad in my life. He is enjoying my fatherhood as much as I am.

As a Father's Day treat we went to Bob's Market and got some Ribeye. So good. Could have cooked it a little bit longer, but it was so soft and tender that it did not matter. I was the only one to finish my steak so the left overs will be used for Steak+Eggs Sandwiches!!

Boston: My Time at Fenway

I have been to Boston many times in the past 8 years and I have watched a game at Game On! during a Sox game. I have done a tour of Fenway, but never been to a game at Fenway. I had such a great time even though the Sox lost to the Rangers.
I met and felt like a celeb with my Korean Friends who were visiting the US for 8 weeks. We met an usher, Rodulfo who has been w/ the Sox for over 3o years and has a Sox World Championship Ring.

Drank some beers and had a great time with my friend Rich!

Boston runs on Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin' Donuts must own Boston cause they are everywhere. I tried looking up how may DD are in Massachusetts has about 490 Dunkin' Donut franchises. I had one everyday and I would rather drink DD then Starbucks.

Boston: Johnny Cupcake's

I do not know why but one of the things I wanted to do while in Boston aside from seeing my friends and going to watch the Sox play @ Fenway. I had head about Johnny Cupcakes and thought the shirts were cool. I actually thought that they sold cupcakes too. I went to their Newberry St store, just to go in and walked out 2 shirts from their Bake Sale section. Now I think I am hooked on them. Don't see myself paying full price but maybe any that come up in the Bake Sale section.

Can't get enough of this site.

One of those days

I have a lot of different emotions running through me today. 

- It's Monday- yes a bad case of the been out of work for 4 days and now have to go to work case of the Mondays.

- It has been raining all day today (we needed it) but it still drains you.

- My grandfather is not doing any better- currently on a morphine drip and oxygen until he says it's time to go and he passes on

- We are 7 days away from Gabriella's 3rd birthday

Around this time I get a lot of those old feelings that come back from the time we were with Gabi.  It last a few weeks  (the week before and then throughout the 12 days she was with us)and I get back to "normal".

It is almost like a Loss Hangover.  Where your brain and emotions just bring back old thoughts.  Of course with my grandfather ill and close to death brings up the thought of death.

I am not in a funk or depressed- I am just here living life.  Should be an interesting next few days.  Let’s see what God has in store for me and my family.

Biggie Sized

Since this blog is about my life- I figure I add a section about me jumping back on THE PLAN and get this weight off of me. I used the excuse of Kristen being pregnant with Bella long enough- (Bella is now 9 months).

Not going to bore you with stuff but I am going to create a new category called- Biggie Sized- the idea is that I will be smaller as the months go by,

I had my Last Supper- Briantos Chicken Philly and a Publix Chocolate Chip Yo-Yo. Tomorrow I go back to the 5 Veggies/Fruits, Exercise and building the Momentum of losing weight.

I know I do not post a lot about my life in the sense of Bella or Kristen.  I don't mostly because we pretty much post all that fun stuff on our UCFCouple.com website.  Biggieville is like my man cave (blog).  Even though it's my man cave (blog) I have to post some recent pictures that Bella's babysitter Shauna took of her.  She is so awesome.  

I love how she is so photogenic.  Wonder where she gets it from?

Had a good time at WingHouse for our GUYNO/Birthday party

Here are a few pics from our GUYNO (GUYs Night Out) last night. It was nothing crazy we just went to WingHouse off of Kirkman for some wings and beer.  I actually had fish and not wings (Fridays and Lent).  Its a good time.  Heather was our waitress and she was really nice.  We use to do GUYNO's all the time and then we just stopped.  Check out some of the things we have done http://guysnight.blogspot.com/

next time you go to Universal be on the look out for this one. My boy Frank found it when he was at Islands of Adventure. Imagine walking around and getting kicked in the face with a prosthetic leg! Ouch!

Dwight Howard should have won the Dunk Championship!

Nothing against Nate Robinson- love the whole Kryptonite green concept and for his height he had some crazy dunks. But Dwights phone booth - 12 ft rim dunk was awesome. I will say he should have come up with something better for his last dunk but he still should have won the Slam Dunk Contest!

Valentine's Day was good.  I am not a big fan of it, but I do appreciate and love everything that Kristen does.  We had a low key day and night and we ended up going to Bob's Meat Market and met Rusty the butcher and we bought a beautiful Ribeye to grill.  We made it Medium rare and it was so freaking good.  I wish we had bought more just so I could have steak and eggs in the morning.

I did miss one of the greatest comeback wins for UCF basketball but Kristen, Bella and the tasty ribeye made up for it.

Friend of mine found this article for me. In Carmel, Indiana someone hacked into the Road sign and displayed this message.  

Looks like they are not the only ones with hacked signs. At the University of Texas the sign below was hacked.
